Miffy explains their problem. “When I was a mortal, my owners didn’t like me very much at first, because I wasn’t very intelligent.  But they were really impressed by my excellent manners and behaviour. By maintaining this and never giving up I eventually wormed my way into their hearts and we had a great life together. “That’s it!” Says Miffy. “This lad thinks that being rude and impatient and swearing a lot impresses people. He has been deceived by you know who and doesn’t realise that people are really impressed by good manners, showing care to others  and most of all never, ever giving up.
